Booking Information for our Caravan at Waterside, Weymouth, Dorset

Booking our family caravan in Dorset

Renting our caravan is easy. Contact us by phone or email to reserve your special holiday dates. Send us your deposit to confirm your reservation. Pay the remainder 4 weeks before your holiday begins. Don't forget your bucket and spade.

Conditions of hire

1. Deposit of £60.00 per week per caravan

2. Balance of hire due not less than 28 days before the start of your holiday. If the balance is not received within 28 days of the commencement of the holiday the booking will be cancelled. NO REFUND OF MONIES WILL BE MADE. You are advised to take out insurance in case of cancellation.

3. THE PERIOD OF STAY IS FROM 2pm SATURDAY UNTILL 9.30am THE FOLLOWING SATURDAY.

4. LATE ARRIVALS
If you are likely to arrive after 10.00pm for any reason, Ms.C.Carpenter on 07843737290 as soon as possible.

5. PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS
Provisional bookings will be accepted. A deposit must be received within 7 days or the booking will be cancelled

6. BOOKINGS.
Any alterations to booking details must be made in writing if extra people are coming even for one night, we MUST be informed. (Due to fire regulations)

7. LOCAL REGULATIONS.
Do Not Permit more people to occupy a caravan than the number for which it was designed a 6 berth caravan sleeps a maximum of 6 persons. A baby counts as one person. This is for your own safety and to comply with the fire regulations.

8. PETS.
No pets allowed in our caravans.

9. No all female or male groups under the age of 25 years allowed.

10. CLOTHES LINES.
Only the hook on window type may be used, or the ones provided on site (Laundry and drying facilities are available)

11. SWIMMING POOL.
Currently costs £1 per day for children and £2 for adults
NON SWIMMERS AND CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RESPONSIBLE ADULT.

12. ENTERTAINMANT.
Free nightly entertainment in two licence clubrooms
Access to leisure complex for a small charge, you may obtain money saving passes at the site reception

Equipment: The caravans are fully equipped with a colour TV, video, full size cooker, microwave, fridge, fire, toilet, kitchen equipment,

Free gas and electric.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS ECT.

CARS.
Cars may be parked by your van

AT THE BEGINNING AND AT THE END OF THE SEASON IT MAY BE NECESSARY TO LIMIT OR ALTER CERTAIN FACILITIES OR ENTERTAINMENTS.
